Free range and grass fed on natural and wild pastures, our animals have a varied diet including wild plant species that have natural medicinal properties reducing the need for antibiotic or medication. They drink from one of the purest rivers in the world and breathe the clean air Ingram Valley offers.
We have several breeds of lamb; Texel cross lambs and traditional hillside Blackface and Cheviot lambs. Hoggett lamb and mutton are available on request.
Both pure and cross bred Aberdeen Angus are available, hardy breeds perfect for both the hills and lowlands of the farm even through winter.
Our native red deer have recently returned to the hills, the same hills they roamed 6000 years ago. Wild deer are sourced from associated parks.
