  • Who do we supply?

  • Delivery information 
    We can only deliver to mainland U.K. We are unable to deliver to addresses in the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Offshore Islands, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Guernsey, Jersey, Europe & the rest of the World. 
  • Who delivers? 
    • Our trusted third-party delivery service via a British Retail Consortium Accredited Grade AA site.
  • How quickly? 
    • Order week 1 for delivery week 2 
    • Online orders are sent via a courier to arrive between 9am – 4pm on Tuesday – Friday.
    • We are unable to send orders at a weekend or on a Monday.
  • What are the charges? 
    • Standard delivery charges are in place for all our items.
  • How is it packed? 
    • All our meat is sent out vacuumed packed to keep it air tight & then packed in gel ice packs in a protective box to ensure optimum temperature. (The gel packs are reusable so could also be used in a picnic or cool box. However if they do need to be disposed of then the gel is non-toxic gel so can be put straight into a general waste bin or alternatively the gel can be poured down the sink along with  a small amount of salt & the plastic film can be recycled).

    • There is no minimum order for our shop – however little or much suits you.

  • Produce 
  • What does pasture-fed mean?
    • Pasture-fed means they graze naturally on grass and plants in our fields – we don’t feed them processed feed to speed up their weight gain. Everything they eat is as they would naturally eat in the wild.
  • What is the difference between farmed and wild venison? 
  • Farmed venison offers a smooth delicate flavour and is available all year round whilst wild venison has a more intense flavour profile and is only available seasonally. Both offer the same low fat and cholesterol health benefits of this exceptionally healthy lean red meat.
